Cowen analysts said the company’s earnings call later Wednesday “should focus more on DVN’s potential for cash return in dividends and share repurchases after it pays down debt. Asset sales, which we see the Eagle Ford as a potential candidate, could accelerate cash returns.” Cowen has an outperform rating on the stock.
