His returns soared more than 100% for the year through October and he remains up over 90% through November.

The latest institutional investor to dive into bitcoin is SkyBridge Capital, Anthony Scaramucci‘s hedge fund. The $9.3 billion firm filed an SEC form D on Monday to launch the “SkyBridge Bitcoin Fund L.P.” Scaramucci told CNBC that the fund started trading on Tuesday with $25 million of SkyBridge’s funding, and will go live to outside investors who can invest a minimum of $50,000 on January 4.

Most recently, the Gurugram-based start-up has announced to raise USD 25 million funding in Secondary Market transaction from Steadview Capital, a Hong Kong-based alternative asset management company. According to reports, the Hong Kong-based hedge fund company has bought secondary shares worth INR 183 crore which converts to USD 25 million in Delhivery ahead of the logistics supply chain services company’s long-awaited planned Initial Public Offering (IPO) which is subsequent to happen in the next 12 to 15 months.

U.S. Hedge Fund Farallon Joins Top Toshiba Shareholder in Call for EGM (Reuters)
TOKYO (Reuters) -U.S. hedge fund Farallon Capital Management said on Friday it has asked Toshiba Corp to convene an extraordinary shareholders meeting over the firm’s investment strategy, the second call for an EGM in a week by major Toshiba investors. Farallon, which owns a stake of more than 5% in Toshiba, joins top shareholder Effissimo Capital Management, which has a 9.91% stake, in calling for an emergency meeting.
