Genmab A/S (NASDAQ:GMAB) announced that it will present pivotal new research from its late-stage oncology portfolio at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, held May 30 to June 3 in Chicago. Key highlights include the first public results from a Phase 1/2 trial of rinatabart sesutecan (Rina-S), an investigational antibody-drug conjugate targeting folate receptor-alpha in patients with recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer, a disease with rising mortality and limited treatment options.
Genmab A/S will also share long-term follow-up data from the Phase 1/2 EPCORE NHL-1 study of epcoritamab, a subcutaneously administered, T-cell–engaging bispecific antibody, focusing on adult patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have maintained a complete response at two years.
Dr. Judith Klimovsky, Genmab A/S’s Chief Development Officer, emphasized the company’s commitment to advancing antibody science for patients with few alternatives, particularly women with endometrial cancer. GMAB, in collaboration with ABBV, continues to investigate epcoritamab across multiple B-cell malignancies, with several Phase 3 trials ongoing. An investor webcast reviewing the Rina-S data will be held on June 2 during ASCO.
