Coliseum Capital is an activist hedge fund founded by Christopher Shackelton and Adam Gray. In an amendment just filed with the SEC, the two managers reported a 16.2% stake in Accuride Corporation (NYSE:ACW). The 7.6 million shares now held by Coliseum is a bit larger than the 7.03 million stake reported by Coliseum in an earlier form 4.
