Backed by a strong cash position— $20.8 billion in operating cash flow in FY25, up 12% from the previous year— the company has delivered consistent dividend payments since 2009. Over the past five years, it has increased its dividend at an average annual rate of over 12%. Oracle pays a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, with a yield of 0.97%, as of June 22.
