Bruce Berkowitz‘s Fairholme Capital Management disclosed, in a newly amended filing with the SEC, that it has slightly reduced its exposure at The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE). Fairholme now owns 25,010,633 shares, equal to 27.1% of the company’s common stock. In the latest 13F, the holding contained 25,017,933 shares.
