Brazil Gold Corp Acquisition: Osher Capital Partners Owns 9.4%

Brazil Gold Corp. (OTCMKTS:BRZGacquisition: In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission from today, Osher Capital Partners disclosed ownership of almost 19.8 million shares of Brazil Gold Corp. The value of the position amounts to slightly above $13,800, it representing 9.42% of the company.

Today, Brazil Gold Corp announced about being acquired by Brazil Resources Inc (CVE:BRI). The latter offered 0.172 shares of its stock to the current shareholders of Brazil Gold Corp, which brings a premium of around 39%, Brazil Gold Corp said in a statement. BCG is a Canada-headquarted company engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties situated in northern Brazil.

Earlier in May, Brazil Gold Corp entered into a letter of intent Kingwell Group Limited, under the terms of which, Kingwell could purchase at least 50.95% of the company at a price of CAD$0.27, Brazil Gold Corp said in a statement.
