BlueMountain Capital, run by Andrew Feldstein and Stephen Siderow, has today released a statement expressing their disappointment with the decision of Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE:CLDT) to reject their takeover bid. BlueMountain Capital had offered to acquire all of Chatham’s outstanding shares at a price of $21.50 on November 4th.
