Matthew Drapkin and Steven R. Becker‘s Becker Drapkin Management has just disclosed a 4.8% stake in Tuesday Morning Corporation (NASDAQ:TUES). This is a sharp decrease from the 6.7% stake Becker Drapkin reported owning at the end of August, and seeing that the filing was activist in nature, the reduction in ownership below 5% indicates that further activism is unlikely.
