Anchorage Advisors, Cubic Energy: Anthony Davis and Kevin Michael Ulrich‘s Anchorage Advisors recently initiated a position in Cubic Energy, Inc. (OTCMKTS:CBNR) through owning some 74.8 million shares, equivalent to 49.13% of the company. The shares are underlying Class A and B Warrants as well as Series C Voting Preferred Stock, Anchorage said in a Form 3 filing with the SEC.
