As reported in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, their fund, Amici Capital, now holds just under 1 million shares following the acquisition of approximately 373,600 shares. As a result, Aimci Capital now has control over 5.8% of the total number of shares outstanding.
Richard Driehaus is also optimistic about the prospects of Norcraft Companies Inc and has upped his fund’s holding of the stock by 12% during the first three months of 2014. In its latest 13F filing, Driehaus Capital has reported ownership of a little over 124,200 shares.
