Activist Joseph Stilwell, Wolverine Bancorp: Yesterday, we talked about how activist Joseph Stilwell was making moves in one financial holding company, and it appears that this afternoon, he’s making moves in another. An amended 13D just filed with the SEC indicates that Stilwell and his firm, Stilwell Value Partners, hold a 9.1% stake in Wolverine Bancorp (NASDAQ:WBKC). The 221K share position represents a slight decrease of about 10,000 shares from Stilwell’s latest 13F, a minor change.
