Etsy Inc (NASDAQ:ETSY), a company providing a platform to buy and sell unique goods, lagged 6.16% in brisk trading, playing around $10.36 per share in midday trading, amid reporting gross merchandise sales at $568.8 million in the third quarter of 2015, compared to $467.2 million a year earlier. Etsy Inc (NASDAQ:ETSY) widened its net loss at $6.9 million for the third quarter of 2015, compared to a $6.3 million net loss in the third quarter of 2014. Etsy Inc (NASDAQ:ETSY) also delivered stronger revenues at $65.7 million in the third quarter of 2015, compared to revenues of $47.6 million in the prior-year period. Meanwhile, non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter was $6.2 million and it grew 46.5% year-over-year. Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) was down by 4.18% in above-average trading, after the company reported third-quarter 2015 adjusted EPS of $1.28 per share, beating its guidance range for the quarter.  Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) also boosted its fiscal 2015 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $4.65 to $4.75, from the prior range of $4.50 to $4.70. Meanwhile, worldwide net sales decreased to $1.10 billion for the quarter ended September 30, compared to $1.26 billion from the prior-year period. Net income jumped to $93.6 million, or $1.09 per share in the third-quarter of 2015, compared to $11.2 million, or 13 cents per share in the year-ago period. Bill Ackman of Pershing Square has been shorting Herbalife’s stock for some time now. Meanwhile, 34 other investors reported long positions that amassed nearly 39% of Herbalife’s stock at the end of June.
