Chile is on our list of countries that do not enforce child support because of weak enforcement arrangements. This can be seen from the fact that 84% of child support goes unpaid in the country. However, it must be noted that recently the country has taken significant steps to counter this issue, involving blacklisting parents who do not pay child support.
