The aggregate purchase price of the 579,730 shares of Common Stock owned by Norman H. Pessin is approximately $1,936,259, including brokerage commissions.  The shares of Common Stock owned by Norman H. Pessin were acquired with personal funds.  The aggregate purchase price of the 23,109 shares of Common Stock owned by Sandra F. Pessin is approximately $59,030, including brokerage commissions.  The shares of Common Stock owned by Sandra F. Pessin were acquired with personal funds. The aggregate purchase price of the 139,350 shares of Common Stock owned by Brian Pessin is approximately $372,895, including brokerage commissions.  The shares of Common Stock owned by Brian Pessin were acquired with personal funds.
