In order to create this list, we took a look at a few important indicators, including inflation rate, economic freedom, corruption levels, perceived corruption, crime levels, public debt per GDP and GDP per capitaRI, as well as gender equality. We took our information from a variety of international reports, including from the IMF, Heritage, Transparency International, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, to name a few.
