Los Angeles, or the City of Angels, is not just home to Hollywood but also some of the largest ethnic groups.  Having a population of 3.97 million people, 81.4% of the people are U.S. residents.  Five major ethnic groups found within the city are Whites (Non-Hispanics) (28.5%), White (Hispanics) (20.4%), Asians (11.6%), Other (Hispanics) (22.2%), and Blacks or African Americans (8.43%).

Asian (Non-Hispanics) make up the largest ethnic group in the city at 25.8%.  This group is followed by White (Non-Hispanics) at 22.1%, Black or African Americans at 21.4%, White (Hispanics) at 11.5%, and Other (Hispanics) at 8.95%.
