Eric Mindich founded Eton Park Capital in 2004 after spending 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where he cut his professional teeth in equities risk arbitrage and equities division management. In his time there, Eric Mindich emerged as a master of merger arbitrage. His insights helped Goldman Sachs earn so much revenue that they were forced to make him partner; Mindich was just 27 at the time, making him the youngest partner in Goldman Sach's history.
