With What Will Facebook Inc (FB) Come Back From South Korea?

In anticipation of any serious threat from competition, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) is violently broadening its perspectives. The company sensed the latest tendency towards mobile and is probably planning to grow roots into the niche. According to Bloomberg, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) officials have gone to Samsung for a visit.

“Facebook’s top executives Mark Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg leaning in to South Korea. […] They’re meeting with executives on a visit to Samsung,” announced Betty Liu.

So, the implications of a collaboration between the two companies could be huge because of Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s Daily Average Users in mobile increased with 39% for the second quarter compared to last year’s values. Consequently, these 654 million people could get to about 915 million during this year and continue in the same fashion. However, Bloomberg’s Olivia Sterns brought up a good point by saying that Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) might be interested in bringing some delight for mobile gamers. Akula had a moment of cooperation with Samsung and the social platform might also make an offer to fit the manufacturer’s interest. Meanwhile, Android is gaining popularity among operating systems for mobile devices.

“I don’t think it’s odd, because it’s such a huge market and they want to get involved, but I don’t think it is as interesting as maybe Facebook visiting Apple or some of the other plays that they could make. They’re obviously going to get involved in Samsung, a lot more people are using Android, what is it, like 85% of the market uses Android Systems,” said Matt Miller.

There is no other information that could shed some more light onto the matter, so it’s cumbersome to make any inferences that could have more weight than a simple guess. Nevertheless, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) is giving the impression of working hard to be worthy of the $189 billion investors entrusted the company with.
