The top cost-efficient hybrid cars won’t break the bank. With growing concerns about global warming and rising gas prices, more and more people are considering the idea of purchasing a hybrid car. However, more often than not such cars come with a substantial price tag and, what is worse, some models don’t help you save too much money, if any at all, in the long run.
To help you avoid spending your life savings on a hybrid car that won’t cut back on your gas prices, we would like to present you with a list we have compiled of the top cost efficient hybrid cars.
The figures used in the making of this countdown were released by Vincentric, a US automotive research car that evaluated 33 vehicles in order to determine their ownerships costs for a period of five years. The initial price tag of the car, which is higher for some hybrid versions when compared to their gasoline counterparts, is deducted from the total cost reduction amount.
Curious to see which cars have made the list? Let’s take a look at the countdown of the top cost-efficient hybrid cars.
