We have compiled a list of ten stocks which traded the most on Thursday, April 4.

Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC)

The list is led by Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC) with a turnover worth about $96.5 million. Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC) gained 0.72% to $11.90. Bank of America has recently announced several upgrades it is going to apply for its branches, one of which is new ATMs with video links through which customers will be able to speak to bank employees outside working hours.

iPath S&P 500 VIX Short Term Futures TM ETN (NYSEARCA:VXX) has also made the list closing with deals in the amount of $46.3 million. The shares of iPath S&P 500 VIX Short Term Futures TM ETN (NYSEARCA:VXX) went down by 1.01% to $20.18.

With a turnover worth $38.8 million, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s shares lost 0.23% to $28.50. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has recently been a target of a research by Gartner which stated that the company “could become obsolete” by 2017.

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) closed 0.30% higher at $3.38 in deals worth about $35.5 million. Canaccord Genuity has cut Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) target price to $3.50 from $4.0 earlier and kept its rating at “hold”.

The 8th on the list is Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) with deals worth $32.0 million. The financial holding company appreciated by 0.40% to $42.67. Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) seems to be recovering from a 3.7% drop experienced on Wednesday.

Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA), with a turnover of $29.9 million is the 9th on the list. The company’ shares slid 2.80% to $3.43, despite its morning gain of 11% after Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) announced the signing of a partnership partnership for real-money gambling in the U.K. with Bwin.

The last on our list is Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) with deals worth $26.2 million. Micron’s shares gained 1.76% to $9.26 as a consequence of district court’s approval of Elpida Memory Inc. reorganization plan according to which it will become a fully-owned subsidiary of Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU).

Second on the list is Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) with deals worth some $76.6 million, after company said it is hosting an event on Thursday during which it is expected to announce the release on its own Android-based smartphone. Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s shares picked up 3.01% to $27.04 on Thursday.

Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI) is the third most traded stock today. The company closed 2.12% lower at $3.01 in deals worth about $55.3 million after rumors that Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI) can be one of the potential buyers of Pandora Media Inc (NYSE:P).

Retailer Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE:BBY) closed with a turnover worth $49.9 million. Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE:BBY) was also one of the top gainers on Thursday after its announcement about the installation of Samsung mini stores in its retail locations.
