iPhone 5S Production: With everybody waiting for the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone 5S to hit the market, rumors about when the production process will begin are beginning to run wild.

While we cannot expect to hear much from Apple, by keeping an eye on supply chain information it is often times possible to get information about what the future holds.

Apple Inc (AAPL)A report from Japan is stating that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Sharp are beginning to work on the LCD portion of the next generation iPhone.

If production begins next month, as rumored to be true, it is safe to say that the next generation iPhone is going to be making its way to the public sometime during the third quarter of 2013.

This is big news for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) as well as the many consumers who have been dying to see what the Cupertino based company will come up with next.

While we are unsure of whether or not the new device will be called the iPhone 5S, it is being reported that Sharp will be using its Kameyama Plant to manufacture the LCD’s for Apple.

In addition to being good news for consumers and Apple, it is something that has to excite Sharp as well. The company has not been performing well as of late, and a production run such as this at one of its top facilities is sure to boost business for quite some time.

The article goes on to add that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has reached out to other companies for assistance as well. This includes Sony, Hitachi, Toshiba, and LG Display. With all of these companies receiving orders, it is safe to say that Apple has big things in mind.

What can we expect from the next generation iPhone? Most importantly, consumers are waiting to take a closer look at the iOS 7 operating system. This would be one of the most talked about upgrades.

Is it possible that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is also working on a lower priced iPhone for emerging markets? This is a rumor that has been circulating for quite some time, but as of now there is no concrete evidence of this happening.
