Google Inc (GOOGL) Might Be Helping Law Enforcers Worldwide In The Most Stylish Way

What do you do as a police officer driving a 700 HP Lamborghini? Dubai officers suggest buying Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)’s Glass to raise efficiency even more by practically automatizing all the bureaucratic procedures through it. PSFK reported that the main feature of identifying the driver by plate numbers is already implemented and policemen can get any information available on the needed car automatically. They can also issue fines and upload photos in matter of seconds thanks to Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL). It’s not clear it this is the exact thing that will drive the company’s current $552.70 price sky high, but it has all the needed potential.

Google GOOG

“Currently we have done the application that we’ll watch on those glasses. So once it’s going to be launched, it’s going to be used for two things. One part is the police officer can take pictures of the traffic violation right away from the Google glass and upload it to our system. And from there getting the issue of the traffic violation ticket to the driver,” said Colonel Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi.

This movie style equipment is not popular probably due to its high cost, but it might spur more and more interest if helping software will be developed for the Glass. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) did not create it for such usage, but if this experimental implementation shows success in United Arab Emirates, other countries will surely follow through.

However, some issues might arise when privacy is taken into consideration because Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) will have access to too much confidential information. The second point to note is that security of the applications used by the police should be a key priority otherwise hackers can gain access to sensitive data or just delete everything. Assuming this will have been taken care of, we might get to the point where Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)’s products will assure the process of sorting and/or distributing any piece of information with access granted to this magical platform through glasses that would have made Terminator jealous.
