Google Inc (GOOG), Microsoft Corporation (MSFT): NSA Gag Order Apply in the EU Too?

Well, certainly one of the most obvious is the potential revelation of non-U.S. citizens who may find out their information was accessed and how much the U.S. government knows. This could be one of the largest compromises of classified information perhaps ever known, unless of course the scope of the discovery is limited to those non-U.S. citizens who are living in the countries where the complaints were filed. But, the possibility that people with known terror ties may then find out if the U.S. is tracking them could put people at great risk in exchange for individual privacy.
