Ferrellgas Partners LP (FGP), Real Goods Solar Inc (RGSE) Among Stocks on the Move on Wednesday

Versartis Inc (NASDAQ:VSAR) stock has slid by more than 9%. Earlier today, the company announced the pricing for its follow-on offering, which consists of 4.8 million shares of its common stock. The stock is priced at $12.25 per share and the company also gives underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 734,700 additional shares. The company expects the offering to close on October 3, subject to customary closing conditions. Paychex Inc (NASDAQ:PAYX) is trading 4% in the red even though the company posted better-than-expected earnings for its first quarter of fiscal 2017. The company reported EPS of $0.60, which topped the expectations of $0.57, while its revenue of $785.5 million, topped the consensus estimate of $783 million. The company’s latest earnings included a tax benefit of $0.025 a share, down from $0.06 posted a year earlier.
