The firm cited pricing pressure and limited client investment in core markets. The corporation reported a $5.0 million net loss in the fourth quarter, down from $3.7 million the previous year, while adjusted EBITDA fell to $10.4 million from $11.9 million. The average monthly paying client dropped to 5,120, and revenue per client fell to $2,804 due to reduced spending and market turnover.
