William B. Gray’s Fund Lowers Stake in E-House (China) Holdings

E-House (China) Holdings Limited (ADR), Orbis Investment Management: William B. Gray’s Orbis Investment Management recently reported owning of some 10.83 million shares of E-House (China) Holdings Limited (ADR) (NYSE:EJ), which represents 4.07% of the company. This shows a decline in the holding, which in the latest 13F of Orbis Investment Management contained some 15.62 million shares. At the current price of E-House’s stock, the value of the shares held by Orbis amounts to $97.21 million.

E-house (China) Holdings is a China-based company engaged in real estate. The company reported a revenue of $163.4 million in the second quarter of the year, which shows a 43% in year-on-year terms.

Kerr Neilson‘s Platinum Asset Management and Royce & Associates, led by Chuck Royce also hold significant stakes in E-house, owning around 5.07 million shares and 2.82 million shares respectively.
