(NYSE:VICI) with a price target of $35. This reaffirmation comes after the company’s announcement of higher involvement in the One Beverly Hills mixed-use development project. According to Citizens, this participation exceeds earlier expectations, with management previously signaling the next round of project financing, which is already underway. That said, the firm believes the company’s capital is attractively priced, positioning it well to benefit from development partnerships with companies again and again.
