Notably, the no action letter satisfies the remaining antitrust law-related condition required for the consummation of the tender offer as well as the transactions under the merger agreement.

(NYSE:HD) reaffirmed its guidance for FY 2025, with total sales growth of ~2.8% and gross margin of ~33.4%.
