The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has finalized a three-year deal with Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), leveraging Amazon Ads’ global presence to maximize the reach of the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event will be elevated through a series of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) platforms such as Twitch livestreams, Prime Video docuseries, Alexa voice integration, and Wondery-powered storytelling.

Under the deal, the Esports World Cup will be live-streamed to major audience markets like the U.S., Europe, Brazil, and beyond. Fans will see 2,000 players competing in the tournament from over 100 countries, each fighting for a $70+ million winning prize. Mike McCabe, COO of EWCF, said:
