Former Dixons warehouse goes back on market in Bury (SHDLogistics)
WHR Property Consultants has been appointed by Dixons Retail PLC (LON:DXNS) as the sole letting agents on a 128,000 sq ft detatched office and warehouse building in Bury. The modern headquarters facility, which is situated on the Waterfold scheme, just off junction 2 of the M66 motorway. Fusion was previously home to Equanet, a trading division of Dixons Retail PLC (LON:DXNS) which was sold by Dixons Retail PLC (LON:DXNS) in March this year to IT Solutions and services provider, Kelway. The building comprises 76,200 sq ft of office space and 52,300 sq ft of warehouse and 400 car parking spaces.
