On June 1, Tempus AI Inc. (NASDAQ:TEM) announced the expansion of its GenAI clinical assistant, called Tempus One, with direct integration into electronic health record/EHR systems. The updated Tempus One now integrates ASCO’s clinical practice guidelines, which provide oncologists with easy access to evidence-based treatment and care recommendations. Additionally, a suite of clinical workflow assistance features supports physicians at every stage of patient care, such as pre-appointment preparation, real-time support during appointments, and post-appointment assistance. Tempus is also extending access to its Agent Builder tool, which it has used internally to develop 1,000+ AI agents, to select partner providers, enabling the company to create custom AI solutions for workflow efficiencies.

This expansion is seen as a move to enhance precision medicine by transforming how clinicians interact with patient data. From a financial perspective, this integration could expand Tempus AI’s market share and revenue streams through healthcare provider partnerships. Tempus AI Inc. (NASDAQ:TEM) is a healthcare technology company that provides next-gen sequencing diagnostics, polymerase chain reaction profiling, molecular genotyping, and other anatomic and molecular pathology testing. It serves healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, researchers, and other third parties.
