On July 6, STMicroelectronics announced the status of its common share repurchase program, reporting the purchase of 145,390 ordinary shares between June 29 and July 3. These shares were acquired on the Euronext Paris exchange at a weighted average price of EUR 63.5445, totaling ~EUR 9.24 million.

The buyback program, which was approved by shareholders in May 2024, is intended to fulfill obligations related to employee share option plans and other corporate share allocations. Any repurchased shares not utilized for these purposes may be used for other lawful activities as permitted under Market Abuse Regulation.
