The company had performed well in recent years, and the Clover product had been a meaningful part of that growth. Although we remain confident in the company’s future, the revision downward of expectations had an outsized Brent S. Miller Co-Manager Left Kevin V. Earley Lead Manager Right impact on stock performance.”
