(NASDAQ:SCAC) and acquired 1.50 million Class A Shares, which amass 6.4% of the company’s outstanding stock. Saban Capital Acquisition is a blank check company that just recently went public, hoping to raise $235 million, by selling 23.5 million shares, at a price of $10 per share.
