Jenn Ryu: Can I just add a comment on bill rate? I mean, if you look at across all of our regions, I mean, they all have increased this year compared to last year, 5-plus-percent in their bill rate. And if you look at it on a weighted average basis, remember, we divested taskforce. Without taskforce, it actually — taskforce within Europe, it tends to have a little bit more — higher bill rate. Our overall weighted average rate actually came down a bit because of the mix shift. But if you look at all the regions individually, they have all made really good progress this year in terms of bill rate increases.
