O’Brien and Dorfman also upped their bet on Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) during the fourth quarter, in particular the tech giant’s Class C shares. Napier Park holds 6,973 class C shares valued at $5.29 million as of the end of December. In order to streamline its activity and increase the transparency of its operations, Google decided to reorganize itself under the umbrella of a new parent company late last year. Google management said that it wanted to make its internet services businesses “cleaner and more accountable” and to allow greater autonomy to subsidiaries that engaged in other types of services. Billionaire Ken Fisher also holds a significant position in Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG), although he chose to reduce it by 3% during the quarter. According to its latest 13F filing, Fisher Asset Management holds 503,359 class C shares valued at $382 million.

PJT Partners Inc (NYSE:PJT) is another newcomer to Napier Park’s portfolio, with the investment firm reporting ownership of 184,730 shares worth $5.22 million as of the end of December. Shares of PJT Partners Inc (NYSE:PJT) took a tumble this morning after the company reported a fourth quarter loss. The investment bank posted revenue of $103.8 million, down by 30% year-over-year, and a loss of $0.33 per share. Analysts, in turn, were looking for $105 million in revenue and earnings of $0.20 per share. On a positive note, PJT Partners Inc (NYSE:PJT) also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share.
