Effective October 1, 2025, Rahul Goyal, former Chief Strategy Officer, will become President and CEO, succeeding Gavin Hattersley, who will remain as an advisor through year-end. This approach aims to counter declining beer consumption by diversifying product offerings to align with evolving consumer preferences and health-conscious trends.

Recent results show a 1.6% decline in net sales, driven by softer volumes in the Americas and EMEA regions. The business continues to invest in modernizing North American breweries for efficiency and flexibility while maintaining strong cash flow management, reflecting a disciplined approach to financial health amid market pressures.
