It was originally scheduled to appear in 2027 along with a new home console. According to the author, the business has chosen to focus its teams on improving Windows 11 gaming performance, especially for devices like the ASUS partner device “Project Kennan,” even if it still plans to produce its own handheld gaming console in the future.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s last quarter sales were $70.1 billion, up 13% from the previous year, while operating income rose 16%. In constant currency, cloud sales grew by 22% to surpass $42 billion. Over 100 trillion tokens were handled by the company’s AI infrastructure, a fivefold increase driven by demand for Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot. PC Game Pass revenue increased by more than 45%, while Xbox content and services climbed by 8%. Furthermore, the company gave $9.7 billion back to stockholders, a 15% increase over the previous year.
