The limited-edition item, which is exclusive to McDonald’s restaurants in Japan, is almost a pound of the brand’s famous fries, and contains 1,142 calories, according to Japan Today. While the calorie count of the specialty item is a giant leap ahead of the world’s largest fast-food chain’s previously named highest calorie item, the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, which comes in at 750 calories, the Mega Potato is equivalent to two orders of large fries and is intended for two or more people to share.

Danny Moore, owner of all three restaurants, said $10,300 was raised at the three locations during the day in support of the Ronald McDonald House Children’s Charity. “We had a record showing, the best we’ve ever had. We were busy all day.” The day saw $1 from the sale of every Big Mac sandwich, Happy Meal and hot beverage go to support Ronald McDonald House.
