With the agreement, LegalZoom plans to capitalize on how people search for answers online. Consequently, it plans to embed legal solutions into new search experiences to ensure people access affordable legal guidance. The strategic partnership is in response to a shift in consumer behavior amid heightened generative AI platform adoption for information and research needs.

Perplexity Pro Subscribers are to gain access to exclusive offers from LegalZoom, including discounts on legal services. Additionally, they will have access to products specifically designed for individuals and small businesses offered by LegalZoom.

LegalZoom provides legal services and technology solutions primarily focused on entrepreneurs and businesses. It offers LLC formation, legal document preparation, and guidance on business structures, permits, and licenses.
