The update was included in the company’s metals and mining outlook for 2026. As reported by Jefferies, it is still optimistic about gold stocks because of their attractive prices and anticipates that gold businesses will increase their margins and free cash flow in 2026 as opposed to 2025. The business is more cautious about copper stocks due to valuations. Hudbay was Jefferies’ top choice for copper, and Barrick Mining, Alamos Gold, and Royal Gold were its top choices for gold.

(NYSE:PAAS) published a year-end exploration update for 2025 that included information on Jacobina, El Peñon, La Colorada, Huaron, Timmins, Minera Florida, and Cerro Moro.
