At 20 times earnings, Disney is not a no-brainer; if the company’s fundamentals don’t continue to improve, the stock might not generate large returns for investors. But in a bull market, investors could do worse than buying a reasonably priced, wide-moat company that has strong cash flow and only illusory competition.
