“Quarterly earnings results for T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ:TMUS) that featured new subscriber metrics that came in slightly below investor expectations and hinted at an increased competitive environment resulted in shares falling about 10% during the quarter. Investors also fretted about elevated promotional activity, but the company’s dominant market position against a backdrop of elevated customer churn does present the opportunity to gain market share.”
