Goldman Sachs Upgrades Nokia (NOK) to Neutral, Raises PT

Nokia Oyj (NYSE:NOK) is one of the Best Stocks Under $10 to Buy and Hold Forever. On March 29, Goldman Sachs upgraded Nokia Oyj (NYSE:NOK) from Sell to Neutral and increased the price target from EUR 3.5 to EUR 8.

​The analyst noted that the upgraded rating and price target reflect the firm’s more positive view of the company. The firm sees growth opportunities for Nokia in the Optical and IP Networks segment, driven by the ongoing AI infrastructure buildout. The firm highlighted in a research note that the performance of these two segments can also be seen in the company’s fiscal Q4 2025 earnings.

​Separately, on March 26, Nokia announced its partnership with Stelia AI. The collaboration aims to enhance high-performance, trustworthy AI solutions for large enterprises, integrating Nokia’s open-standards networking with Stelia’s AI platform. As part of this collaboration, Stelia AI will use Nokia’s networking tech to ensure reliable performance in distributed systems.
