Golden Pursuit Resources Commences 2025 Exploration Program at Gordon Lake Gold Project

On Tuesday, Golden Pursuit Resources Ltd. (OTC:FPVTF) announced the commencement of its 2025 exploration program at its Myrt Lake, Murray Lake, and DAF properties within the high-grade Gordon Lake gold mining district of Canada’s Northwest Territories. This program is designed to build upon extensive historical and recent exploration results, with a focus on refining geological models and planning future drilling activities.

The 2025 exploration will involve detailed litho-structural mapping and extensive rock and till sampling across the 3 properties. The aim is to better understand the structural-geochemical relationship to gold mineralization and to collect additional rock and till samples to fill historical data gaps. It will provide a more detailed geochemical understanding of gold distribution near high-grade zones for refined drillhole planning.

The program includes a property-scale photogrammetry and magnetics drone survey which is to be onducted by Drone North, which is a Yukon-based company. This data will be crucial for building 3D wireframe mesh data for geological modeling and assist in geological interpretation and structure delineation.

The 2025 program will be executed in two phases: an initial phase of geological mapping and sampling for modeling at Myrt Lake and Murray Lake, followed by a second phase focusing on refined mapping and modeling at the DAF property for drillhole planning. The Gordon Lake Project is located ~80-90km northeast of Yellowknife, NWT, and covers over 6850 hectares across 18 territorial claims, 13 federal claims, and 4 historical mining leases, all 100% owned by Golden Pursuit.
