Gaia, formerly known as Gaiam, is a corporation that provides global digital video streaming services to its subscribers across more than 120 counties, promoting a healthy lifestyle, yoga, and fitness. Year-to-date, the company’s stock is up by 25.16%. In its latest financial report for the June quarter, Gaia posted a loss of $0.10 per share and revenue of $4.2 million, compared to a loss per share of $0.05 and revenue of $3.29 million it had reported for the same period of the last year.
Among investors that we follow, six reported long positions in Gaia (NASDAQ:GAIA) at the end of June, down by one from the previous quarter. Some of the bullish investors included Chuck Royce’s Royce & Associates, which held a position worth around $11.03 million, Jim Simons’ Renaissance Technologies with a position in the company valued at $3.46 million, and Craig A. Drill’s Craig Drill Capital. An investor that dumped its stake in Gaia (NASDAQ:GAIA) during the quarter was Williams Reeves and Michael Platt’s BlueCrest Capital Management, which said goodbye to $100,000 worth of Gaia’s shares.
