There was $135.5 million in cash and $10.3 million in net cash. The firm announced a $0.014 dividend that would be paid on September 29 and repurchased 600,434 shares. The company expects EU safeguard actions and U.S. antidumping charges to maintain pricing, but it removed guidance due to macro uncertainties.
