Tim Hansen: Yes, sorry. Yes, I mean, it’s always kind of this time of the year where renewals happen because contracts and on product side is renewed as well. But we have seen in the last couple of months a little bit of a standstill between, standoff between owners and charters, what the rate should be. And as much as I think nervousness of like missing out or getting it wrong, because it’s been very, very difficult to read with some high swings on the freight, even day to day, both up and down. But I think, more charters is coming to the market now as you see, and asking and rates are definitely pointing outwards for the term for next year.
