This leaves Sprint and it’s shareholders with an important decision to make. Follow Verizon and AT&T into bundling, or take the offer from SoftBank to make it a stronger cell phone provider. If Sprint takes the offer from DISH, chances are that investors will be far more eager to put their hard-earned money into the stock than if the company opts to merge with a Japanese cell phone service.

In the end, Sprint may decide to go with what’s behind door number three, and join with one of the many businesses out there to become a serious competitor in the telecom industry.
